What people ask us most
Does my dog really travel in the cabin?
Yes. On all our flights, dogs travel in the cabin with their owner, with no transport crate. That is the whole point of the service, and the reason we operate private aviation.
What happens if the flight does not reach its threshold?
The flight is cancelled and your seat is refunded in full. You are told as soon as possible, and a broker offers you an alternative date.
Is there a weight or size limit?
There is none of the weight limit imposed by scheduled airlines, because your dog does not travel in the hold. Capacity depends on the aircraft and the number of animals on board: the broker confirms case by case.
Can I travel with several dogs?
Yes, subject to availability. Each animal takes up space in the cabin, so mention it in your enquiry and we will reserve accordingly.
Who operates the flights?
Loulou Air is a brand of AEROAFFAIRES, a private aviation broker since 1991. Flights are operated by certified air carriers we select for each route.
What about cats, or other animals?
The service is designed for dogs, but other pets may be accepted depending on the flight and the destination. Ask us in your enquiry.
